She landed and managed the company’s first health plan partnerships and oversaw the development of critical clinical and financial outcomes studies documenting Kiio’s value to health plans and their members.
In addition to defining the product, managing accounts, and creating a future growth strategy, Lydia grew software revenue more than 1600% in 2018 and 170% in 2019 by securing 11 national payer and employer accounts.
